The below terms of service (“Terms”) apply to use of the RemoteRF website and platform, including the tools, documentation, and remotely accessible devices made available through RemoteRF. By using RemoteRF in any capacity, the user agrees to these Terms.

License

RemoteRF is free to deploy and use under the terms of the GNU Genereal Public License (GPL).

Warranty

RemoteRF is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers and contributors of RemoteRF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, time, or business interruption arising out of or related to the user’s use of, or inability to use, RemoteRF.

Terms of Use

  • attempt to bypass technical or administrative access controls.

RemoteRF may change at any time, including its features, capabilities, supported devices, documentation, or access requirements. We do not guarantee continuous availability, uptime, compatibility, or error-free operation. RemoteRF may suspend or limit access if needed to protect the platform, its users, or connected equipment.

Compliance

The user is solely responsible for lawful use of RemoteRF and for ensuring that the user’s activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licenses, authorizations, and institutional policies. This includes, where applicable, compliance with rules and regulations of the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC), spectrum-use restrictions, radio equipment requirements, export controls, and any rules governing operation of connected devices or transmitted signals.

The user is solely responsible for any transmissions, experiments, configurations, code, or operating decisions initiated through RemoteRF. RemoteRF, its operators, and contributors do not assume responsibility for user or operator misuse, unauthorized operation, interference, regulatory violations, or resulting enforcement actions.

Third-Party Resources

RemoteRF may reference or link to third-party websites, software packages, or services. RemoteRF is not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices.

Changes to These Terms

RemoteRF may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of RemoteRF after changes are posted implies that the user accepts the updated Terms.
